We are recruiting for an award winning Healthcare advertising agency in Berkshire who are looking for an experienced integrated agency Account Director with previous experience in Healthcare advertising.

 

We are looking for someone ‘creative’ who will be responsible for a large proportion of the client relationships, a person who can not only nurture the existing accounts, but introduce new business.

 

The Account Director role is to provide planning and strategic marketing advice to clients, and is responsible for the development and overall profitability of clients under their management.

 

With existing skills and knowledge gained over 2 years of experience in a healthcare agency we expect the AD to be able to come in and be a self starter.

 

The Account Director will manage and review all work prior to presenting to the client, ensuring that it meets the Agency standards and follows company processes and guidelines.

 

A science degree would be desired but is not essential, providing you have a good level of experience in a similar environment and you have managed digital projects.

 

The AD should be viewed by clients as critical to the success of the client business.  They will attend all client planning meetings, creative briefings and presentations.

They manage the clients expectations ensuring prompt communication and correspondence at all times.

The AD partners the creatives, and works with the team to produce outstanding innovative work.

They will write and approve Creative briefs for the team where appropriate and evaluate Creative constructively.

Respected internally as an expert on all aspects of the company services and healthcare marketing mix.

Regularly analyses commercial performance reviews of campaigns.
