Nick Hardy – Founder and Managing Partner

Nick has worked in digital/mobile for Nokia as well as spending over 15 years of working in Integrated Marketing and Advertising agencies in the UK. He has experience working as a freelancer, on fixed term contract and full-time as well as stints in production and creative – he therefore has a very good grasp on the sectors he focuses on. He has been working successfully in talent management for 8 years now, including setting up and starting Scout.
Nick has a strong network of agency and client contacts, that he continues to expand, who utilise him for his relevant sector knowledge and uncanny ability to perfectly match Candidates to Clients.


Rebecca Myers – Managing Partner

With over 15 years of working in ATL and Integrated Advertising agencies in the UK and Internationally, Rebecca has gained invaluable experience working for arguably some of the most famous and the most creative advertising agencies in the world. She went on to use this experience to run a successful freelance business, including winning her own Clients that she created marketing comms for.

Rebecca joined Scout in 2014 to partner Nick in further developing the company’s brand, reputation and Client base and puts her finely tuned relationship building and networking skills to good use.

After leaving high school Stacey went direct into the workplace for a hands on experience.  She worked for 14 years at a Marketing organisation in mainly Direct Mail and inserts including the fulfilment side.  This gave an overall knowledge in the Advertising and Marketing industry.  Thereafter, Stacey spent a year at a large corporate company which expanded her breadth of experience.  Stacey then took the leap from Account Handling to Office Management in an Integrated Creative Agency, where she spent three years managing the office.  This gave her an insight into the vast varying roles within the Marketing and Advertising industry that are catered for.


Nessa Coker – Recruitment, HR and Learning & Development Consultant

Nessa joins us with a wealth of experience in HR Consultancy and has worked with clients of all sizes across a range of specialised areas within human resources; including talent management of all levels, employee engagement and change management.  She has a strong background in the use of psychometric assessment whist working alongside a busy in house marketing team for a market leader in people solutions.

Currently studying for her CIPD, Nessa has a thirst for knowledge and is keen to share this with her clients to help not only source the best talent, but to retain it too.


Damon Clark – Business Growth Consultant

Damon is a Founder and Executive Director of a Digital Marketing Communications Agency group. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Institute of Directors and on the Board of companies in other business sectors including Social Media, Property, Employment Mediation and Technology Services. He is qualified as a Chartered Director and also a Chartered Marketeer.
